I had a weird conversation with an upper caste Hindu gentleman today. This is what I could surmise in the end:
- Hindu was khatare mein in 2014 so electing Modiji was absolutely important.
- 10.5 years down the line, Hindus 🕉 remain in danger inspite of controlling the Politics, Army, Judiciary, Bureaucracy, Public sector, Industrial & Co-operative Sector and yes, inspite of constructing the all important Ram Temple 🛕!
- As per his WhatsApp University gyan, Muslims ☪️ now constituted 22-23% of India’s population ( actually, they are now 22-23 crores as compared to 113 crore Hindus 🕉)
- Because of the social & political turmoil in Bangladesh 🇧🇩, Hindus in India 🇮🇳 are even more in danger now!
“What about the Hindus in Bangladesh?” he curtly asked me!
Holy cow!
This question should be asked to Modiji who has given political asylum to Sheikh Hasina that has angered the Bangladeshi people.
It is the job of the Indian prime minister & foreign minister to use their good offices in bringing international pressure on the new regime in Bangladesh to restore law & order and protect the minorities. If the Indian government is unable to do that, it is a failure of our diplomacy & self proclaimed “Vishwaguru” status.
Instead of asking questions to those in power, you can’t question everyone on street, “What about the Hindus in Bangladesh?!” You can’t eat your cake and have it too.
PS: Modiji, what about showing red eyes to at least Bangladesh if not the mighty China? 😀
